Terms Of Service.

1. Services Offered

Molina Media provides a variety of digital and social media services, including but not limited to:

Platform creation and setup

Social media strategy and content marketing

Scheduling and platform management

Consulting sessions

Brand development and design support

Specific deliverables and expectations will be outlined in each client agreement or proposal.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information necessary for service delivery.

Grant access to social media accounts, assets, and tools when applicable.

Respond to communication and feedback requests in a timely manner.

Abide by the terms of their individual service agreement.

Failure to meet responsibilities may delay project timelines or result in additional charges.

3. Payments & Fees

All pricing is clearly outlined in your proposal or invoice.

Payments are due as agreed (e.g., upfront, monthly, or milestone-based)

Late payments may result in suspension of services.

No refunds will be issued for completed work.

4. Content Ownership

Upon full payment, the client will own all final content created by Molina Media unless otherwise specified.

We retain the right to use any work created for portfolio or promotional purposes, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

5. Intellectual Property

All proprietary tools, strategies, or templates provided by Molina Media remain the intellectual property of Molina Media and may not be reproduced or redistributed without written permission.

6. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy. Any personal or business information shared with us will remain confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties unless required by law or with your permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Molina Media shall not be liable for:

Platform outages or third-party disruptions (e.g., Instagram, Meta, TikTok)

Client-provided content or assets.

Indirect or consequential loss, including loss of business, revenue, or online performance.

Use of our services is at your own risk.

8. Cancellations & Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice (e.g., 30 days).

Clients are responsible for payment of services rendered up to the date of termination.

9. Changes to Terms

Molina Media reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your agreement to the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Arizona/United States], and any disputes shall be handled in the courts of that jurisdiction.
